Fame has its downside.

Helping to rid a major space station of dangerous pests gave Princess, the legendary first starship cat, fame and the ability to remain with her beloved person, Jack. But famous means there is now unanticipated pressure on the cargo ship Amiira Yasmine and her crew. Everyone wants a kitten from the famous cat, and there just aren’t enough kittens to go around.

Then there are the potential cat-nappers!

But when trouble arrives, it might take Princess to find the answers.

When the ship’s captain is injured, the Amiira’s crew lose their scheduled cargo. The new executive officer is forced to locate a new shipment. What they find is a contract to carry a cargo of live lab specimens. Princess’s hunting instinct quickly clashes with the need to keep the cargo safe. How do you keep a cat from exercising her hunting instincts? And with this cargo, and the outsiders guarding it, do you even want to?
