Cindy Gunderson

Cindy Gunderson is best known for her award-winning and best-selling series, the Tier Trilogy. She has written twelve full-length novels, both science fiction and women's fiction under the pen name, Cynthia Gunderson. She is also actively releasing children's books (Help Me Find My Painting and the Pet Vet Series) under the pen name Cindy Prince.

When she is not writing in a quiet corner of her local library, you can find her traveling with her family, recording audiobooks, or happily digging in her garden. She loves acting and performing, beating her kids in card games, and playing ultimate frisbee.

Cindy grew up in Alberta, Canada, but has lived most of her adult life between California and Colorado. She currently resides in the Denver metro area with her four children and handsome husband, Scott. Cindy holds a B.S. in Psychology from Brigham Young University.

Cindy's first novel Tier 1 was awarded First Place in Science Fiction at the 2021 CIPPA EVVY Awards and awarded the Wishing Shelf Red Ribbon Award in 2019. She actively teaches at writer's conferences around the country.
