Night Divine

Blood doesn't stain white beards.

Beneath the shimmering Aegean waters and sun-bleached villages of a Greek paradise, darkness stirs. When Kris Kringle—better known as Santa Claus—takes his new bride for their long-delayed honeymoon, he finds an island trapped in the grip of a modern-day tyrant. Local fishermen whisper of midnight disappearances.

For Claudia Kringle, former intelligence operative and newly-minted Mrs. Claus, this should be her chance to finally enjoy married life with the immortal man who caught her heart. Instead, she's dodging bullets in back alleys while Christmas magic crackles against Mediterranean evil.

When they stumble into the warlord's crosshairs, their choices ignite a powder keg: abandon the islanders to their fate, or risk unleashing powers that have no business surfacing six months before Christmas.

As ancient Workshop magic collides with modern brutality, even Santa's legendary abilities may not be enough to prevent their paradise from becoming a mass grave.

In a battle where holiday spirit meets human cruelty, the newlyweds must decide if their honeymoon is worth starting a war. Yet with every hour bringing new horrors, one question haunts them:

Will the spirit of Christmas prevail in a Mediterranean summer?

Or will wedding bells give way to funeral dirges?

Grab your copy and see how Kris and Claudia Kringle handle the latest danger in this installment.

“Because this time it took a whole lot more violence to make Christmas happen. All heartstrings suitably plucked.” - Michael Anderle

Michael Anderle (ok, weird talking about myself in the 3rd person) (1967-Hopefully a long time from NOW) was born in Houston, Tx. A very curious child, he got into trouble - a lot. What to do with an inquisitive mind when he was grounded? Read!

Ok, done with all of that 3rd person stuff.

In the first 20 years, I mostly read Science Fiction and Fantasy. In the last 10 years I have enjoyed Urban Fantasy and Military Fiction. With this background, I've been blessed with creating The Kurtherian Gambit series, a well-selling, and fan loved, collection of stories.

The fans have propelled these stories beyond my wildest imagination and they should get all of the credit for sharing with friends, family and occasionally the random person on the street. They are fantastic!
