So, I was talking with Author Boyd Craven on FB and was reminded of his effort to ‘kill’ another author in their books (Like I did w/ the street prostitute in Maxwell’s Coffee House in Australia  (We Will Build)) – Remember that author?  The idea came from Boyd.
