Wings of Zephyr
When the wind changes, it’s best to adjust your wings.
As school starts again, I’m surprised to find that the air dragon, Astor Silver, can’t grasp this concept. Instead he’s flying over the same old ground, expecting different results.
It wouldn’t be a problem if he wasn’t so surly about things not going his way last year, a trend apparently fated to continue. On our first weekend back, the performance art internship he wants gets handed to me instead.
I’m no actor, so I make Astor an offer he can’t refuse. Split the job, with him on stage and me behind the scenes. He takes it, but insists there must be a catch. I can’t help but agree when we get there. The adults running the Greenfield Glamour Show aren’t remotely what we expected.
Will we break in this wind or bend with it?
